Beckbury Village Hall
ABOUT THE HALL
HISTORY OF THE HALL
Established in 1933, the Village Hall is at the centre of the village and community in Beckbury and is a delightful, period building suitable for a range of functions, meetings and events.
With a capacity for up to 85 people, Beckbury Village Hall is well equipped with a fully operational kitchen, bar serving area, new tables in a variety of sizes (trestle and rounds) and plenty of banqueting chairs (which can be covered if required). The hall has also been recently re-equipped with new crockery and cutlery.
The hall is a versatile blank canvas and with its exposed beams and timber ceiling, can be made to look very intimate for weddings, parties, christenings and special occasions. The hall is also suitable for smaller private functions and community events – from church groups to school events, meetings, activity and friendship clubs.
Parking for 20+ cars is available in the village car park, adjacent to the school, a short walk away.
The hall can be hired by the hour, by the day or weekend and our rates are very reasonable with discounts available for long term bookings.
Beckbury Village Hall is a community owned building and a registered charity.
The trustees of Beckbury Village Hall would like to thank the following organisations and companies who have generously donated to the refurbishment of the hall in 2020/21
We booked the village hall for our wedding reception, we couldn’t have been more pleased. A lovely village hall in a beautiful location that easily held our 85 guests. Thanks again!
